Workshop

• Build Confidence with Practical Skills: Practice attaching and removing tanks, refining your trim and buoyancy, and mastering fining techniques that are essential for sidemount diving. 
• Managing Gas with Two Tanks: Learn how to effectively manage gas when diving with a sidemount configuration, a critical skill for longer and deeper dives. 

Confined Water Sessions 

• Practice Attaching and Removing Tanks: Develop confidence in handling sidemount equipment in a controlled environment. 
• Trim and Weighting Techniques: Fine-tune your trim and weighting for optimal balance and control during your dives. 
• Fining Techniques and Other Sidemount Skills: Hone your movement and buoyancy control techniques to ensure smooth and efficient diving. 

Open Water Dives 

• Apply Sidemount Skills in Open Water: Put your training to the test by applying your skills in real-world diving conditions. 
• Control Buoyancy and Solve Problems Underwater: Develop the ability to maintain buoyancy and handle potential issues while diving with a sidemount configuration. 

Sidemount Harness and BCD: Specialized gear for sidemount diving. 

Two Tanks with Individual Regulators and SPGs: Essential for sidemount diving. 

Wetsuit or Dry Suit: Depending on the conditions, choose the appropriate exposure protection. 

• Minimum age of 15 years. 
  
• Certified RAID Open Water 20 or equivalent. 
  
• Minimum of One Confined Water Skill Session and Two Open Water Dives: Required to complete the course.
  
• Minimum In-Water Time of One Hour in Confined Water and Three Hours in Open Water: Ensures adequate practice and skill development.
